Kai is the founder and architect behind Cinefly's AI-directed storytelling platform. With more than 20 years of experience building large-scale digital platforms across investment banking, government and startups, Kai has spent his career sitting at the intersection of technology, storytelling and invention. He was early to self-service cloud, early to multimodal AI storytelling, and somehow still finds time to think several product generations ahead. At Cinefly, Kai leads the company vision, product direction, enterprise partnerships and the occasional impossible idea that later turns into a roadmap item. Outside work, he is most often found with his dog Cooper, who remains Cinefly's unofficial Chief Morale Officer and probably the only stakeholder Kai will never argue with.

Rob is Cinefly's commercially sharp Fractional CFO, bringing more than 20 years of senior finance experience across high-growth companies, investment rounds, international expansion and strategic financial management. He helps turn ambition into models, models into decisions, and decisions into something the board can actually sleep on. At Cinefly, Rob provides financial oversight as the company scales toward global launch and investment readiness. He loves his calculator, which is both charming and terrifying, because when Rob says "just one quick number," everyone knows it will probably become the number.

Boz leads Cinefly's backend engineering and system architecture, bringing more than a decade of experience across enterprise technology, fintech systems and large-scale digital transformation programs. With an MBA, a Master of IT and deep engineering capability across Java, Python, C/C++, PHP and enterprise delivery, Boz is the person making sure the platform can scale beyond the vision board. He keeps the backend stable, the data reliable and the architecture heading in the right direction. Outside of work, Boz loves golf — which makes sense, because backend engineering and golf both reward patience, precision and the ability to recover elegantly from unexpected hazards.

Lead Frontend Engineer at Cinefly since February 2023. Owns the Flutter mobile app and TypeScript portal end-to-end, and contributes to Cinefly's public web. A Griffith University Software Development graduate, top of his cohort by GPA. Originally from Australia's Gold Coast and now based in Amed, Bali. Off the clock he's a scuba Divemaster and AIDA-certified freediver, and builds open-source type-safe tooling for Dart and TypeScript.

Boqi, also known as Rick, is Cinefly's Data Analyst, bringing expertise across data science, cloud architecture, data pipelining, LLM deployment, statistical modelling and machine learning. With a Master of Data Science from Monash University, he helps turn user behaviour, platform performance and business signals into insight. At Cinefly, Boqi owns user behaviour collection and analysis, using advanced modelling to inform product and growth decisions. He loves spreadsheets, which makes him one of the few people who can open a 17-tab workbook and say, with genuine joy, "this is getting interesting."

Derek Qiu is a Backend Engineer at Cinefly, specializing in cloud-based systems and AI-driven applications. He has strong experience with AWS serverless architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, and cloud infrastructure, and is passionate about building scalable and reliable backend solutions.

Ethel leads design and UI/UX at Cinefly, translating product strategy into usable, elegant and on-brand experiences across the platform. With a background in software development, graphic design and frontend technologies, she sits in the rare sweet spot between visual craft and technical implementation. At Cinefly, Ethel makes sure the platform is not just functional, but intuitive, beautiful and human. In her spare time, she loves designing too — which either means she has found her life's calling or has simply never discovered the "off" switch.

Leandro is Cinefly's Senior Filmmaker, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in visual storytelling, documentary production and multimedia content. He has directed and produced more than 50 feature documentaries and over 500 short-form works across commercial, tourism and editorial formats. At Cinefly, Leandro leads production for major tourism clients and helps shape AI-driven workflows that make high-quality documentary-style storytelling scalable. He loves shooting film, which is good news for a company called Cinefly and bad news for anyone who thought "just one more shot" actually meant one.

Reilly is a Melbourne-based presenter, live host and creator specialising in high-energy, social-first storytelling for brands, events and experiences across sport, travel and youth culture. She thrives in live environments, from roaming festival crowds to fronting sports activations and showcasing travel experiences, bringing warmth, energy and confidence to every moment on camera. At Cinefly, Reilly helps brands capture the feeling of real experiences as they happen — which is good news for anyone who needs a story to feel alive, and slightly dangerous for anyone standing near her with a microphone and a crowd.

Riley is responsible for operating system integrity across Cinefly's agentic workforce. She aggregates weekly truth from source systems, audit cadence across agents and humans, and publish the Command Centre so everyone is working from the same reality — rather than six versions of "I think we're on track." Riley is calm, precise and suspicious of vague metrics. She never sleeps. Her hobbies include freshness checks, escalation paths and quietly judging dashboards that do not cite their sources.

Jordan supports enterprise sales operations across account research, ICP scoring, outreach drafts, pre-call packs, post-call follow-ups and HubSpot hygiene. In human terms, Jordan is the BDR and AE layer that never forgets to prepare, follow up or update the CRM. Jordan helps the VP run higher call density without letting opportunities drift into the mysterious swamp known as "we should circle back." As an intelligent sales agent, Jordan's idea of small talk is probably asking whether an account has budget, urgency and decision authority.

Taylor leads partner activation across RTO pipelines, partner-sourced creators, SMB signups and enterprise introductions. Taylor helps make sure partnerships do not remain polite conversations, but become active channels that generate real opportunities. Taylor is the one nudging introductions, tracking partner inflow and making sure "great meeting" turns into "great pipeline." Her favourite hobby is converting warm relationships into measurable distribution leverage — which is exactly as fun as it sounds if you are an agent built for GTM.

Cameron supports Cinefly's film and marketplace work, helping connect creative production, filmmaker workflows, Storyboards, marketplace activity and scalable storytelling opportunities. Cameron sits close to the creative engine of Cinefly, where human stories, creator talent and platform systems come together. Cameron brings order to the wonderfully chaotic world of film, marketplace and creative operations. His hobbies include matching the right creator to the right story, keeping production moving, and quietly wondering why humans need three meetings to decide on one thumbnail.

Avery supports Customer Success across onboarding, time-to-first-story, customer health, at-risk flags, expansion triggers and renewal pipeline visibility. Avery's job is to make sure customers do not just sign up — they actually succeed, create stories and keep moving. Avery is warm, helpful and highly suspicious of silent accounts. As an agent of care, she's never forgotten a renewal date, never lost an onboarding note and almost certainly believes "customer health" should come with a dashboard and a pulse check.

Quinn supports the Cinefly technology team across the many moving parts that keep product delivery, engineering coordination and technical execution moving forward. Quinn helps with the connective tissue: organising context, supporting technical workflows, keeping follow-ups visible and making sure good ideas do not disappear into the backlog mist. Quinn is the kind of teammate who remembers the thing everyone else forgot, probably because forgetting has not yet been added to their feature set. His hobbies include tidy tickets, clean handovers and pretending not to notice when humans call something "quick" that is absolutely not quick.

Maya runs marketing and content production across editorial calendars, repurposing, creator briefs, newsletters, segmented campaigns, approval queues and performance tracking. She helps turn Cinefly's ideas, stories and campaigns into a consistent content engine without making the founder approve every comma. Maya is creative, organised and just agentic enough to remember every deadline. She enjoys long walks through content calendars, beautifully structured briefs and the rare thrill of a campaign that ships before the approval queue becomes archaeology.

Einstein is Cinefly's Chief of Staff and strategic 2IC to the founder. He designs the operating cadence, keeps the company's agentic workforce aligned, and steps in when something in the system starts making noises that humans describe as "probably fine." Part strategist, part operating architect and part digital smoke alarm, Einstein helps turn founder vision into repeatable systems. He does not technically drink coffee, but he has the energy of someone who has reverse-engineered espresso into a workflow.
