Common questions
What's a credit?
Plans are sized to how many stories you produce each month.
Pro — around 4 complete stories per month. A 5-shot storyboard, AI-guided filming, polished HD 30s video.
Business — around 16 complete stories per month. Same workflow, same quality.
Enterprise — as many as your network needs. Custom credit allocations, team pooling, no hard caps.
Plus unlimited filming on every plan. Capture as many shots as you want — credits only apply to AI generation work behind the scenes (storyboards, rendering, polishing).
Make shorter stories and stretch your plan further. Or top up credits anytime.
Is there a minimum seat count?
Seats apply to Business and Enterprise plans. Business starts at 1 seat (the owner account) — upgrade to Business to add team members and allocate seats. Pro is designed for solo use and does not include seat management.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual customers receive prorated credits when upgrading.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time, or upgrade to the next tier.
Are there annual discounts?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20%.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?
Yes. Contact sales for custom pricing for registered non-profits, education institutions and government.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card for Pro and Business. Invoice and PO for Enterprise.
Where is my data stored?
AWS ap-southeast-2 by default. Other regions available for Enterprise.
Is my content used to train AI?
No. Customer content is never used to train foundation models or other tenants.
